Who is eligible?

To qualify for Tamara’s Buyer Protection, your order must meet these criteria
Buyer Protection is available exclusively for Tamara's Pay in Full option.
Your order was placed with a Tamara partner within the last 120 days.
Your order was placed online. In-store orders with scheduled deliveries are only covered in cases of returns. However, in-store purchases that are collected immediately are not covered.
Your order is a Custom-made item, it will only be covered if it wasn’t delivered.
Your account has not been flagged by Tamara for potential fraudulent activity or abuse.
You’ve provided all required evidence, like receipts or communication with the store.

What’s not covered?

Certain types of purchases aren’t eligible for Buyer Protection, including
Payments for services like travel, events, or insurance.
Digital products like subscriptions or NFTs.
Goods like gift cards or digital wallet top-ups.
